• The COTR site and all information, content, materials, products and software made available to you are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. COTR makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You expressly agree that your use of this site and service is at your own risk. COTR will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this service or from any information, content, materials, products or software including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages. Certain state or local laws may affect the above disclaimer.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, in which case you will continue to receive service for the paid-for subscription period.
• COTR may cancel your subscription at any time for any reason, in which case you will continue to receive service for the remainder of the paid-for subscription period.
• COTR may terminate your subscription at any time for any reason resulting in immediate loss of access to the service, in which case we will refund already-paid subscription fees on a pro-rata basis.
• COTR may terminate your subscription without refund, resulting in immediate loss of access to the service, for use of the service for illegal purposes as defined by state or international law, upon notification of the infringement.
• COTR will attempt to maintain your settings inside your Members Area for up to 6 months, so you can use your same Paypal email to create a new subscription and continue your use, but can not guarantee to do so due to any space constraints we may have in the future.
• Any and all services that you use to store any file assets are yours alone and any disputes over those files are between you and Amazon Web Services.
• You are responsible for any and all copyright ownership rights and the proper use of copyright display requirements for all of the material that you upload or use while using our service. Creative Commons Licensing Terms are Here and content authors will normally display their copyright display requirements alongside their content.
• We are not responsible for any copyright issues of any kind as all files that you use are stored on your own S3 Buckets and Amazon Web Services server instances that you may use or create while using their services.
• You are solely responsible for any copyright issues for any of the material you may download from your AWS Account or then upload to any website under your own or others control or any file sharing site of any kind or any of the social video sites.
